PARKGENE Update: GENE Tokens burned – GENE Token Strong Performance

Dear Friends,

Following our recent launch, of the PARKGENE application on iOS and Android in July, we are happy to announce that, as promised, tomorrow August 21st, 2018, we are burning 71,159,616 GENE tokens, the remaining unsold tokens from the 350 million token ICO hard cap.

These tokens are held in the following burn wallet: (https://etherscan.io/address/0x6Fff77626F5E440f6f8C1B0d99eb72ebff6a1622) and are being taken out of the total supply tomorrow.

This action comes to realize our promise, according to our Whitepaper, that any unsold tokens will be burned. This burn constitutes a 7.1% decrease total supply and a 7.6% increase in the GENE Token intrinsic value.

Having completed the initial commercial rollout of our PARKGENE P2P parking app and furthermore having commercially launched the GENE Wallet, as an additional development for our company, we are now looking to focus on marketing and user acquisition in addition to ongoing R&D.

In the meantime, we have been aggressively increasing our FINTECH footprint by expanding our GENE Wallet functionality and applying GENE as a utility token within the Wallet.

By incorporating Exchange functionalities and the GENE Wallet Debit Card, we aim to bridge the gap between FIAT and Cryptocurrency in an effortless – secure and transparent manner. We expect that this will constitute a massive development for PARKGENE, GENE Token, and the Crypto friendly community in general.

Press Release: PARKGURU adds AIRBNB Parking functionality and becomes “PARKGENE”

PARKGURU, an innovative smart parking application, is now integrated into PARKGENE, the world’s first peer-to-peer parking application that uses blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency payments, in order to offer even more value to its users.

PARKGURU begun two years ago with a vision of  changing the way we park. In less than a year, since its launch in July 2017, it has gained more than 50,000 users by offering them a new way to find out where to park, book a parking spot, and pay via smartphone before they even get to their destination.

In the context of offering a more complete range of services, through its subsidiary PARKGENE, it has developed the world’s first peer-to-peer parking service, enabling private parking space owners to rent them out in exchange for GENE tokens (PARKGENE’s currency). This way, taking advantage of new functionalities and additional tools such as the GENE Wallet, all PARKGURU users (now PARKGENE) besides saving time and money on parking, can also monetize their private parking spaces when they’re not being used.

We’re happy to announce the launch of the new PARKGENE application for Android and the new PARKGENE professional parking services on July 3rd, preceded by our June 4th launch of the PARKGENE web application, the GENE Wallet enhancements, and the PARKGENE website.

Following our strategic decision to integrate the PARKGURU professional parking service with PARKGENE, to provide a better user experience and convenience, the PARKGENE service will feature over 6 million parking spots in 8 thousand cities including more than 50 locations and 8 thousand professional parking spots ready to accept cryptocurrency payments: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and GENE tokens.

Since our last communication, there are 11 thousand additional subscribers to the GENE Wallet, which facilitates these transactions. Last, but not least, there is a growing number of peer-to-peer spaces listed by PARKGENE early adopters, who used the PARKGENE web application to list their private parking spots.

We are happy to announce that after an intense few weeks of final development and testing we are launching the new GENE Wallet Android Application, the new GENE Wallet website, and the GENE Wallet Mobile Web Application. These milestones achievements are significant, since the GENE Wallet is the cornerstone of the PARKGENE Peer to Peer parking application and payments implementation. One more thing!
In the next 24 hours, as promised, we will also launch the PARKGENE Mobile app for Android with full peer-to-peer parking functionality. Update May14: GENE Wallet Enhancements

As promised, today we have introduced two new important features to the GENE Wallet:

1. We have developed, tested and added the functionality to send and receive Bitcoin and Ethereum, opening up blockchain transactions for the GENE Wallet. This functionality is enabled through highly secure infrastructure supported by cold-storage without any storage fees.

GENE Wallet users benefit from a highly secure and convenient wallet to keep their cryptocurrencies in one place.

2. We have enabled GENE buy transactions to be reflected on the exchanges in real-time. This way, users benefit from being able to buy GENE tokens through the GENE Wallet in real-time and storing them in one place.

We are committed to continuously enhancing the GENE Wallet by adding new features to improve functionality, convenience, as well as security. We have more major upgrades to the GENE Wallet coming-up soon and we will follow-up with an announcement, so please stay tuned for our newest developments.

PARKGENE Web Service and new Website Launch

Dear PARKGENE Supporters,

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website, as promised, found at https://parkgene.io. The new site implements the first of our two-step approach for the peer-to-peer PARKGENE service, with the GENE Wallet being an integral part.

In this first step we allow parking space owners to list their space with the PARKGENE service, thus making the spots available for drivers who will be looking for parking in their area. This service is made available worldwide and users can list their parking spots wherever they live.

The two-step approach is important to acquire the critical mass of parking spots needed, before we make them publicly available to our drivers. It’s also an important time to do user testing and to optimize the service.

We continue to work towards the commercial roll-out of PARKGENE Service and we plan to release the Mobile Apps and Web Booking service on June 4th, 2018.

We are looking forward to the community’s engagement and enlargement. To that end we will soon announce our referral reward scheme for our members to invite their friends to join and become part of the Global Parking revolution that PARKGENE introduces today.
